The QI Network joins Head Starts together to bulk purchase analytic resources and expertise to implement continuous quality improvement. As a learning community, we’re supporting one another along the way.

The Q.I. Network combines several resources:

1. Data Analytics – New, affordable dashboards provide visualizations enabling program staff to more easily absorb and use data. A data warehouse cuts across silos and supports robust analysis.

2. Benchmarking – Find out where you stand in relation to other programs, through valuable, confidential benchmark comparisons, as we identify bright spots and learn successful practices.

3. Expert Training & Coaching – A team of experts advises participants on quality strategies informed by measurable progress (e.g. attendance, child assessments, teaching quality, behavior management, family engagement, etc.).

4. Learning Community – Participants in the Network enjoy the support of colleagues taking the quality journey together. Program leaders compare what works and learn from high performing peers.
